User Account Management
One basic system administration task is to set up user accounts for each
computer.
Using Windows built-in basic tool to manage user accounts on large numbers
of
computers is a hard work, especially on a network without domain controller.
The remote administration tool LanHelper contains many enhancements and provides many bulk actions to make
easy the Windows user account management and speed up the operation progress.
Five bulk actions are available for user account management: view users, create users, delete
users, membership of users, reset password.

View users
|
List all user accounts or specified ones on multiple computers, and display
user information including user name, full name, description, disabled,
locked, password never expires, password expired, password cannot change,
last logon, password last change, expire date, member of, etc in the user
view.

Create users
|
Bulk creating users is supported. Specify user names, password, local groups
or global groups that these users will be added to, home directory and other
information to create multiple user accounts on multiple computers.
LanHelper provides user name template for bulk creating.

Delete users
|
Specify one or more user names to delete from remote computers.
|
|
Membership of users
|
Use this action to add users to group accounts, or delete users from group
accounts.

Reset password
|
Reset the specified users' password to one same password or
random one.
|
The user view displays information obtained by View Users action. From here
you can perform the users management in a more flexible way. You can select any
number of user accounts from one or more remote computers, and then disable users
& enable users, or delete them, and more.
List all user accounts on specified computers.
Create one ore more user accounts on one selected computer.
Copy user. Create one or more user accounts similar to the selected one on one
same computer.
Copy users to. Copy multiple users from one or more computers to other
computers.
Rename selected one user.
Reset passwords of all selected users.
Enable or disable all selected users on multiple computers.
Delete all selected users from remote computers.
View and modify user properties.
Export data to XML, HTML or text file.
